During the classes, we explore different scenarios, from self defence to movie scenes. You will practice with other students and there is space to come up with your own ideas and solutions. There is not one single right path or solution. You learn how to use your surrounding as your ally, how to adapt to any situation, and how to create your own style, whether it is art, practical, or cinematic.

Develop your own, work on your personal project, and get inspired

Explore and experiment with different movements and techniques, work on your own endeavours, and get inspired by the welcoming and supportive community.

This is the place to be creative and come up with your own ideas. After a joint warm-up, we experiment with how we can combine martial arts and parkour. We finish with a joint cool down because what we start together, we also finish together. Vault boxes, targets and other materials are available for you. Karakour is a unique discipline that seamlessly combines the principles and benefits of parkour and martial arts. Derived from the fusion of “Kara” (from karate) and “kour” (from parkour), this innovative practice harmonizes the fluid, agile and efficient navigation through the environment and use of your surrounding with the self-defense techniques, katas, and spiritual element of martial arts.
