Training- & House Rules

To ensure the safety and enjoyment of all participants, alongside the inherent parkour etiquette, the following rules are in place:

  1. Warm Up: A proper warm-up is mandatory before training.
  2. Appropriate Attire: Wear suitable clothing for training.
  3. Valid Ticket: Participation requires a valid ticket, unless otherwise stated.
  4. Respect Coaches: Follow and respect instructions from coaches at all times.
  5. Late Arrival: Latecomers do 5 push-ups per minute of lateness.
  6. Belongings: Store bags, bottles, etc., in designated areas to prevent tripping hazards.
  7. Violence Prohibition: Verbal and physical violence is strictly prohibited.
  8. Substance Usage: Smoking, alcohol consumption, and prohibited substances are forbidden.
  9. Photography: Personal photography or filming requires permission.
  10. Promotional Media: Coaches and authorized photographers may capture media for promotional use.
  11. Sales and Promotion: Unauthorized sales or personal training services are not allowed.

Additional Considerations:

  • Coaches may make exceptions to these rules.
  • Relaxed enforcement by coaches does not negate the rules' validity.
  • The coaches can, if they have reasonable grounds, temporarily or permanently deny people access to sessions.

Responsibility and Liability:

  • Participation in training is entirely at your own responsibility. By participating, you give up your rights to hold the instructors and Karakour Nation liable for any injury or damage you may suffer while participating and/or receiving instruction in the activity.
  • You assume full responsibility for any and all risk of death or personal injury or property damage incl. loss or theft suffered by you while using any and all equipment, training tools or structures at any session, class, workshop, event or facility from Karakour Nation.
  • You assume full responsibility for any damage caused by you to any and all equipment, training tools or structures at any session, class, workshop, event or facility from Karakour Nation.
