Parkour & Martial Arts Coaching

Be Free & Find Your Way

Guido Bartels

Founder, Owner, and Coach

I was always moving, climbing, jumping, cycling, and seeking out challenges while searching for my own alternative, shortest and most efficient way to reach a place or something else in life. In 2011, a dear female friend introduced me to a military-style parkour group in Arnhem. Short after, in 2012, I was one of the diehards at the Decathlon Play Parkour event in Kerkrade. My thesis focused on parkour, public spaces, their value for residents, and their impact on well-being.

For me, parkour is not just a sport, but a way of life. As a true traceur, I am always prepared for training, wearing suitable clothes, and eagerly taking on a multitude of challenges that come my way. Whether they involve mentally or physically scaling walls to new heights, navigating the challenges of business life, or in my personal sphere.

As I gained a lot from parkour and love to see people change, grow, and develop their full potential, my ambition is to motivate and empower people through parkour coaching, and the creation of connecting parkour parks and public spaces. Thereby, I hold a special regard for women coaching as I enjoy the atmosphere when training with women, want to give back to the female community, and pay forward the empowerment and inspiration I received. I also believe that it is important to provide a supportive and empowering environment where everyone can thrive.
